As part of the estimating and pre-construction process, Trent assists with reviewing plans, evaluating project scope, developing cost estimates, coordinating with trade partners and suppliers, and identifying important details before construction begins. His attention to detail helps the MB Development team make informed decisions early and establish a strong foundation for each project.
