Liz Serago serves as Sport Court Consultant for MB Development and 516 Sports Capital, bringing specialized insight to the planning and development of residential athletic and recreation spaces.

Within MB Development, Liz works with clients who want to incorporate sport courts, training areas, and other performance-focused amenities into their custom homes. She helps bridge the gap between a homeowner’s vision and the practical considerations of creating a space that is functional, intentional, and complementary to the overall design of the property.

Through 516 Sports Capital, Liz brings that same passion for athletics and thoughtful planning to sports-focused projects and consulting. Her role helps connect the worlds of luxury residential construction and athletics, creating opportunities for clients to build spaces designed around the way they live, train, compete, and spend time together.

Liz Serago’s connection to sports extends far beyond her role as Sport Court Consultant. As the owner of Astras, a women’s soccer team, Liz brings firsthand experience in sports leadership, team development, and creating opportunities for athletes.

Her involvement in women’s soccer has given her a unique perspective on the importance of having spaces where athletes can train, compete, grow, and build community. She brings that perspective to her work with both MB Development and 516 Sports Capital, helping connect the world of athletics with thoughtfully designed residential and recreational spaces.

For MB Development clients, Liz helps explore ways to incorporate sport courts, training areas, and other athletic amenities into custom homes and properties. Her experience allows her to look beyond the court itself and consider how a space can support an active lifestyle, bring families together, and create opportunities for the next generation of athletes.
