Building More Than
Homes
At M.B Development, we believe a home should be more than a place to live—it should reflect the people who live there, support the life they envision, and stand as a lasting legacy for generations to come.
Founded by Michael Barnes, M.B Development was built on a simple philosophy: every client deserves a builder who values craftsmanship, integrity, communication, and relationships as much as the finished home itself.
From the very beginning, Michael recognized that building a luxury custom home is one of the most personal investments a family can make. It is about more than selecting finishes or following blueprints. It is about understanding a family's vision, respecting their investment, and creating a home that feels uniquely theirs.

That philosophy continues to guide every decision we make.
